Dashboard Overview

The VolumeCheck dashboard provides a comprehensive interface for monitoring Solana token activity. This document walks through the key elements of the dashboard and explains how to use each feature effectively.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard follows a modern sidebar layout with the following main sections:

  1. Header Bar - Contains the logo, branding, and connection status

  2. Sidebar - Shows the Market Health Score and Key Stats

  3. Main Content Area - Displays token migration and creation data in tabbed views

  4. Token Details Modal - Provides detailed information about selected tokens

Main Components

The header bar displays:

  • Logo and Title - VolumeCheck branding

  • Connection Status - Shows if you're receiving live updates

  • Social Links - Links to Twitter and GitLab repositories (in the sidebar)

Market Health Score

Located in the sidebar, the Market Health Score provides a real-time indicator of market sentiment.

  • Score - A number from 0-100 indicating market health

  • Status - Visual indicator of health (green for healthy, yellow for neutral, red for caution)

  • Progress Bar - Visual representation of the score

  • Update Indicator - Shows when data was last updated

The Market Health Score is calculated based on various metrics, including trading volume, token creation rate, and migration patterns.

Key Stats

Also in the sidebar, Key Stats shows important aggregated metrics:

  • Tokens Created Today - Number of new tokens created in the last 24 hours

  • Migrations Today - Number of token migrations that occurred today

  • Volume - Trading volume with selectable time intervals (5m, 10m, 30m, 1h)

These stats give you a quick overview of the day's activity on the Solana blockchain.

Token Migrations Tab

The Migrations tab displays a list of tokens that have migrated between different Automated Market Makers (AMMs).

  • Search Bar - Filter migrations by token address

  • Stats Cards - Show total migrations and total value

  • Data Table - Lists migrations with the following columns:

    • Date - When the migration occurred

    • Token - The token's mint address

    • AMM - The AMM address the token migrated to

    • Pool Type - The type of pool (e.g., Raydium, Orca)

    • Value - The token's market cap in USD

Clicking on any row opens a detailed view of that token migration.

When you click on a token in either the Migrations or Creations tab, a modal opens with detailed information:

  • Basic Information - Token name/address, creation/migration date, and value

  • Action Links - External links to view the token or transaction on Solscan

  • Detailed Information - Varies based on token type:

    • For creations: Token metadata, bonding curve details, creator information

    • For migrations: Migration details, AMM information, safety status

  • Token Pairs - If available, shows associated token pairs

Responsive Design

The dashboard is designed to be responsive across different screen sizes:

  • Desktop - Full layout with all columns visible

  • Tablet - Some table columns are hidden for better readability

  • Mobile - Optimized sidebar and main content for smaller screens

Data Refresh

VolumeCheck automatically refreshes data every 30 seconds to ensure you're viewing the most current information. You can also manually refresh the data using the "Refresh Data" button in the sidebar.

Search and Filtering

To find specific tokens:

  1. Navigate to the appropriate tab (Migrations or Creations)

  2. Use the search bar at the top of the table

  3. Type your search query:

    • For migrations, search by token address

    • For creations, search by token name, symbol, or creator address

  4. Results will filter as you type

Understanding Status Indicators

VolumeCheck uses various indicators to help you understand token status:

  • Safe/Cooked - In migrations, indicates if a token is considered safe or potentially problematic

  • Dev Buy - In creations, indicates if the creator purchased their own token

  • Market Health - Overall indicator of market sentiment

These indicators can help you make more informed decisions about which tokens to monitor or invest in.
